Program objectives :   Education: Our awareness-building programs focus on educating community members about important topics such as health, hygiene, environmental conservation, women’s rights, child welfare, and more.    Empowerment: By providing accurate information and practical resources, we empower individuals to make informed decisions, advocate for their rights, and take action to improve their lives and surroundings.   Community Engagement: We believe in the power of community collaboration and dialogue. Our programs encourage open discussion,collaboration, and collective action to address shared challenges and achieve common goals.  Program highlights :  Health and Hygiene Workshops: We organize workshops and training sessions to educate community members about the importance of health, hygiene, and sanitation practices, promoting overall well-being and disease prevention.  Environmental Awareness Campaigns: Through interactive events and outreach activities, we raise awareness about environmental conservation, sustainable living practices, and the importance of preserving natural resources.   Gender Equality Initiatives: Our programs aim to promote gender equality and empower women and girls through workshops, awareness campaigns, and skill-building activities.  Child Welfare Advocacy: We work to raise awareness about the rights and wellbeing of children, advocating for child protection, education, and access to essential services.

             At Development Organization of Rural, we are committed to transforming education underserved communities through the  “Amrut Shiksha Abhiyan.” This innovative initiative focuses on empowering educated youth to become Shikshasathis, dedicated educators who provide quality education to local students lacking access to formal schooling.  About Amrut Shiksha Abhiyan  The “Amrut Shiksha Abhiyan” is a flagship program of Development Organization of Rural aimed at addressing the educational disparities prevalent in our target communities.
